William Marcus Wilkerson Attorney at Law

Mr. Wilkerson represented me on a pretty straightforward case and I received a successful judgement, BUT his office staff is the pits!! Please note that I waited 5 weeks to even make contact for an update on my case. My representation was QUIET COSTLY but necessary and I settled on this firm without doing my due diligence in finding a more economical firm to represent me for such a straightforward case. The paralegal Donna, LIES left and right about returning phone calls and getting back with a person on updates about their case. The receptionist left a sticky note for her to call me back and she never did, multiple times!! The only way to successfully contact the office and get a response is to email the office on their website. I hate to be lied to about a simple task such as returning a phone call when I am paying for a service. I'm old school in that if you lie to me you'll cheat and steal from me so my trust is completely lost overall!! Great representation with a 'crapshoot' staff!

I met Marcus when I was living in Beaumont. At the first contact we immediately agreed and understood between two young people. he took care of the cases with manner and professionalism until the expungement of my cases. An attorney that I recommend 200% who does not hesitate to give legal advise even if he does not follow your case. thank you for everything.

Felt as though this firm didn't care.the Paralegal was rude, the attorney did not represent me, as well as missed key moments in my case. Also communication was very minimal and usually only through email. Dont feel like they took me seriously and only wanted money to talk to me.

I thought about my review, it’s not of Gods work!! So I’m just leaving a one!!because you are a liar and is on some kind of substance.. you messed up everything and overcharged my mom.. we have bank statements , had to change lawyers. And Kmart closed I can’t revoke whatever kind if license they provided you????..

Marcus Wilkerson is an absolutely despicable lawyer. Between the constant appearance of seeming to be on some type of substance, to the disgusting accusations made in the court room towards the victims of the people on the receiving end of his clients actions, I have never seen any type of behavior like his. Callous, cold, lacking in empathy, ignorant, and illy prepared, are only a few of the ways I would describe Marcus Wilkerson.
