Im not even able to type out the entirety of reprehensible practices I was exposed to while being “represented “ by Rufus Elliot. I’m still figuring out how to straighten out a case that is closed, over 10 years now. Paid in full, receipts to boot! Yet I can’t get this man to reissue me a release, for my drivers license! I’ve emailed, written letters, called... I’m researching filing a complaint with the proper entities, as I’m completely inconvenienced in the most dire ways a man could be.

The attorneys are the best!! The office staff is amazing, they are very helpful just like the attorneys! I am very pleased to have worked with them!!!

This entity helped me thru a very hard process, not once but twice for the same incident. There was absolutely no judgement passed only understanding and resolutions!!! I have nothing but respect for this firm. I also had no issues with the release being sent over for my license!!!!

The staff is awesome. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you.

Never met a more rude and unprofessional individual in my life. Find a different law firm, trust me.
