If there was a negative star that is what this firm deserve. My mother was referred to this lady to represent her as her immigration lawyer. I should have known when calling her the first time and that she did not return my phone call was a red flag. Since she was a referral my mother gave her a chance. In my mother's case she had to get a doctor letter pertaining to her immigration situation, Stacy promised my mother on the day of her appointment that she would be there and sign off on her documents, as the person who prepared her immigration forms. In between the time for the appointment my mother also met with the specialist and everytime we had questions for stacy after she received her payment SHE WAS M.I.A. I have tried to email her and after my email she called my mother and met with her at the immigration office. When Stacy arrived she told my mother that her services stops here in the parkin lot and that my mother can go in by herself, she handed my mother the documents without her signature as her lawyer. It was later that I found out that she was disbarred hence why she didn't sign the documents and that she could not enter the office with my mother! I am currently working with the Florida Bar to help me get my mother's money back. She is a fraud and anyone that comment positively after me is her personal friend trying to do damage control. I found out that she can no longer practice law for five years in Florida! So yeah!!!

I came and spoke with Stacey and explain my divorce situation. She confirmed that she would fight for me. On the fist day of trial came late and unprepared. I tried calling and leaving voicemail no one responded. On the day of my final trial I received a letter from my ex husband’s lawyer that my attorney was disbarred. I have not heard from her and she is nowhere to be found. Like the last comment, money down the drain and my personal documents that was given to her is also gone. Not professional at all.

Very responsive UNTIL I paid off the retainer. Once she got her money I never heard from anyone again. Won’t answer a call, voicemail, or an email. No one on the staff will. I’ve had an open paternity case for the last 14 months and nothing has been resolved. Hate to see what would happen if it was an actual child custody case. I can’t even move forward with the case on my own because I can’t get in contact with anyone to get the attorney to withdraw from the case. Needless to say, money down the drain.
