I can make it short and sweet. All I have to say is you pay good money to have things done professionally and it doesn't happen Open mailbox and find that taxes are due and they did not pay the taxes that we prepaid and said that they were going to take care of everything

We needed to do a simple sales agreement, selling a small vacant lot to a neighbor. Betsy told us this would be no problem and we agreed on an amount and proceeded with the paperwork. Betsy said this would only take a couple weeks. Weeks went by and we didn't hear anything. We called the office multiple times asking to speak to her and they told us she would call us back that day. She would usually call a couple days later or not at all. After finally getting to talk to her, she informed us the price of the paperwork had gone up and would take several more weeks. At this point, I asked to speak to one of the lawyers and the situation was resolved promptly.

I hired Cizek to handle my case as I have been living in my home 10 years with a legal article of agreement. The landlord was pocketing the money I was sending and not applying it to the mortgage, so he went missing and disappeared as the house was heading into foreclosure. Cizek was able to locate the landlord and negotiate so I was able to proceed with buying the house as originally planned.

Do not recommend. After waiting 4 months for my deed called in numerous times to find out what was going on and it took 4 calls before someone finally returned my call. Currently i am fighting with tax bureau because they never paid the taxes on the property even though i gave them the money to pay them. They have no problem taking your money just problems with doing what you paid them to do.

We needed to research complicated ogm's and deed on a property purchase & were limited on time before interest rate lock expired. They made it happen before the deadline. We were pleased with the entire closing process.
