BR was one of the hardest personal decisions I have ever had to make. I'm really sorry that I waited so long to do it. Don't be like me and listen to other BR attorneys that will discourage you from doing it because it falls into the 13 category. Just because you may no longer be married and in debt to lawyers and CC and make over 50-60k per year..... you can still get the fresh start you need. Wink and Wink really saved my life because I felt that 1.... could not do chapter 7- salary too high 2. Chapter 13... takes all your income...... not enough to live. You really need to call this firm!!!!! They are awesome and you will love them. STOP SUFFERING AND DO IT NOW!
