Horrible customer service. When I asked about progress by email (because I was oversea) they did not respond or respond lately for what they need from me. Phone call also they were not kindly. Only to me? I feel racism because I am a Asian that is why they might not respond. I saw a few soldier went to there when I was there, but I am not suggest the other soldiers go to there. I repent there.

My experience with George Micco and his staff (Karla and Tracy in particular) has been extremely positive. Karla and Tracy were always available to answer my many questions, with professionalism and kindness. They made what could have been an unpleasant process very smooth and simple. The free consultation was fantastic. The attorney I spoke to there was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the law to me in a way that was easily understandable. In the end, we determined that I did not need his services. He charge me for nothing. When I do need a lawyer, I will absolutely go back here.
