Former customer here. Polly and her team cost us thousands of dollars. She enrolled a former employee in COBRA without her signing up for it, and she also didn't close out plans when we told her to. She even tried to hide it by having putting a former staff member as the contact person for one of the policies, so we wouldn't find out. Polly is a liar. Run, don't walk, away from this broker.
