Honestly it was subpar. Did the job and got a good enough rent. Really just writing a review to warn about Karen. She was the least helpful and most condescending person that I had experienced at Wolfe & Associates. Because of her I probably wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible place, do not recommend it for anyone, they have no integrity and care 0 about customers. The CEO running the place needs to go back to business school so he can learn the proper way to run a business. Hope this business goes bankrupt and loses everything. We had a lease for a year and not even 4 months in we get kicked out. Don’t move into any property managed by them, if you do take pictures of every thing in the home before moving in and keep records of the lease agreement. Also record any conversations regarding the lease so they can held accountable in court ????

I have rented a home from Wolfe & Associates for 8 1/2 years and they always impress me! It was my first time renting from a Property Management Company and I had heard so many horror stories about this type of company so I was nervous but in this whole time every interaction with them has been professional, courteous and kind! Yesterday when I came home after a 14 hour workday I found out that the kitchen sink was clogged, leaking and that we had another plumbing crisis in the laundry room due to it. I sent an email to W&A and when I got up in the morning there was an email from them at 7am saying that they would send a Plumber out today. At 8:05am he was here, knew exactly what to do, and he tackled the problem and was in and out of there by 8:30. I've rented homes for most of my life and never received this type of response ever. And it has been this way every single time I have needed them in the entire time I have lived here. I'm grateful to have these guys as my Property Manager and highly recommend them, both to tenants and to homeowners!
