I was uncertain about filing bankruptcy. I looked into the get out of debt programs but, they were not going to fix my predicament. I contacted Ben Wolf and made an appointment. He cleared a lot of misconceptions I had. He was kind and considerate of my situation. He made the process anxiety free and simple. I would highly recommend Ben and his staff.

Went to see on 2/20/18. When I went to see him there was someone in the next room. With that in mind they would be able to here us. Due to a poor memory I needed to take notes so that I could remember, which he would not allow me to as he held onto his pen with a death grip. He gave me no counseling. Basically the only thing he told me is that I could file a chapter 7 or 13. In my opinion from reading the prior reviews, if you work go to him but if you are on any kind of disability seek someone else.when I was on my way to see him I had great hope for help as I left I felt depressed and suicidal and as if I was just a big joke as the best I can recall.
