Mariah Hosie is awesome she went over and beyond my expectations!

Just like any of the legal advice it's very hard to get any real help or advice I'm going to try again and I will edit this if hopefully I don't end up in the same position I've been in in the last almost 5 years and even though the laws are clear and I'm supposed to get advocacy it seems that all anyone cares about is a protective order that well if the person won't be served on the warrant and the state will not do their job the only thing I can do is put myself in danger to try and have this person picked up on their warrant thanks a lot for providing me with the help and advocacy I reached out for and begged for constantly hopefully this time I may get a timely and knowledgeable response though I am not holding my breath

This organization is the absolute worst ! Their attorney Miss Smith talked my friends child's mother into filing a fraudulent protective order. This ultimately led to him losing his custodial rights, and visitations at a supervised location. Thank God the parents get along now and this nightmare is over What kind of attorney would tell their client to lie to destroy a young child's life.,and put false accusations on a innocent father

Seems to be a common occurrence with this organization in the community. Their attorney filed a fraudulent protective order against my brother and colleague. His son's mother who he now talks to told how she was forced by this organization and they wouldn't help her out if she did not. There was never a police report or any charges filed even though in the protective order it stated that threats were made with a firearm. Because of their lies my brother lost his job with the state of over 16 years and he lost custody of his son he hasn't seen in over 2 years now. It's a well-known fact in the law enforcement community of how this organization operates with their protective order advocacy project.
