I am writing on behalf of 2 of my family members who used this awful law firm. For my parents, the attorneys held on to the escrow money due to my parents for 3 years!!! Their associates who were working on the case kept quitting, so we had to work with 4 different associates in 3 years. Each time a new associate was assigned to the case, we would have to explain the whole situation over again. During these 3 years they kept charging me attorney fees. My case closed in 2014, till this day my escrow check still hasn't been sent to me, and its not a small amount. The second situation was when my aunt used this law firm for her divorce. They were unable to help her in her lawsuit and she didn't have a lot of money to spend so she decided to end the lawsuit. This lawfirm refused to close out her case. In the end she had to use legal assistance from civil court to sue this law firm in order to close her case. This is a terrible law firm, please do not use them.

I feel all they want is more money from you and the quality of work does not show for it. So far all the work done was unusable and rejected by by other entities. Everything you do with them is billable. Phone conversation on a mistake they made? Billable. Meeting to personally correct information on legal documents they created...billable. Oh don’t call to complain about their quality of work and to ask for a refund... because that is billable too. The worse!!!! DON’T PAY THE ESCROW AMOUNT!!!

I am truly happy with the service Wong, Wong and Associates provided to me. Helen Chan has been extremely professional and knowledgeable in handling my case as well as taking a personal care into following up on all the necessary paperwork. It has been a hassle free experience for me. I would highly recommend their services to all my friends and family.

Omg, hold our case for 4 years. End up cost 130k so far and haven’t finished yet. For the past 4 years has been changed 4 attorneys and many associates. What I want to say is stay away from this unprofessional firm.

Worst of the worst !!! Stay away from this law firm as far as you can!!! Horrible, unprofessional attorneys!!! The only thing they can do is charging you by seconds, and screwing up your case.
