DO NOT PRE PAY - These people are the biggest thieves I have ever met. We prepaid for services and verified in the morning on way to park and once arrived all were canceled. They have taken our money. Will not give a refund and will not work with us. The cruise were canceled. the campsites were not available, the deposit prepaid were lost and these people are thieves. The can not help you with refund but have a whole department to fight you on getting you money that is deserved to you. Oh and by the way they will not answer the phone once you try to call and you will get voice mail. If you call accounting you will never get a response and always get voice mail with no direct numbers to get a person. Pauline Murrill Manager, Group/FIT Reservations Sales or Kim Freeman You will receive lies and commitments that will not come through and will lose your deposits
I have been working here for 5 months now. This is a great place to build ur career. All employees here are very down to earth and they are ready to help you and teach you. Most of the Employees are very very knowledgeable and you can realize it when you just talk to them. Though this is not a Big Multi National Corporate, their world culture and work ethics are not less to one. I did personally recommend this Company to start ur career with.
Like Walmart they treat their employees horribly, and try to hide it from the general public. . They gave me a job offer once, and wanted to pay me peanuts, and asked me to do all the dirty work. The pay is horrible too. Barely above the minimum wage, with no benefits. I have very little respect for the man who owns these resorts. Their excuse is, that they promote within. I know how companies like this work. Chance of getting promoted by companies like this, is like a chance of a snowball in you know where. I'm a music star, I don't wash your dirty dishes thank you very much. Next time I visit the Grand Canyon, there's better places to go where employees are treated with better dignity. I hope a lot of people read this. So Xanterra the frown is on you! Airomee Wind
The folks at Xanterra were gracious and understanding when our plans changed due to COVID 19, requiring a rescheduling of a planned trip on the Grand Canyon Railway. Fawn was so kind and helpful in helping me make arrangements when my plans changed. Even in the midst of a hectic year, the staff I spoke with were accommodating and helpful!
Soulless corporation destroying all that is good about national park lodges in the name of profit profit profit
