Filed a complaint with state for misuse of social security and inadequate pay amounts. Also submitted for my suspension of license due to no payment when we had agreements in place due to them making me lose my job the first time This place does not care at all.

Absolute scum agency. Wonder who they bribed to have their power . They will illegally process cases against you without either parents permission, the state telling them they are wrong and cannot do it, then tell you it's YOUR job to prove to them whatever info they want. Someone needs to class action these criminal attorneys that have an absolute monopoly nationwide on child support cases. They are currently being sued by over 400 families for discrimination or illegal behavior. There will be many more. The state of Colorado should have whatever official who approved these scum sucker's to have full authority to lie and make up nonsense, tried on treason and jailed for life. Do NOT use them. Write your state officials to remove their power. They will NOT verify documents that are up to a decade old, that THEY HAVE HAD FOR YEARS. They will illegally take your license when you owe nothing to anyonr (and don't even have a case with them) Their supervisors are criminally negligent and I hope they are charged for their crimes and for massive corporate perjury and fraud

If you want to make the other parent of your child feel like a piece of trash second class citizen, come here! They do not answer phones but they’re more than happy to call you and give you no information. It’s been three years of court dates with this “organization” just to find out they blindly accept any paperwork you put in their hand. It cost over $4k to reveal the attorney coaches the other parent how to wring the other for every penny, with falsified documents that they’ll accept and use to inflate the obligation. These are just despicable humans that have earned and deserve their reputation.

Place is a joke the number listed doesn't work. I have 20 plus people on my child support case I talked to a lady named Cheryl she was no help besides telling me I don't have one person on my case but multiple. I told them they are taking over 55% for one child support case and still taking out whatever for the other case. Bottom line they told me to get a better paying job so they can take more money and on top of that they refuse to give me my license but want me to find a different job.

Applied for services in April and here we are the end of July and nothing. No phone call, no email, no letter in the mail, just nothing. I have sense hired an attorney and am now going through the courts for child support.
