I love this company. I have never ever had any issues or problems with the bills or gas. Had them for nine years. All employees that I have spoken to have been very well mannered and extremely nice!!!

If I could rate it a 0, I would. This facility, does not allow a person to receive their bill online. My father is elderly. He has paid his gas bill by mail for over 50 years- always on time. This company continues to insist sending out paper bills via "snail mail". He was late only 2 days in the time that his check arrived, and they literally cut off his gas. He called and inquired as to why they do not have an online billing system in which his children could receive and pay his bill online. He was given the response-"We just can't afford it." So a stamped envelope is cheaper than an electronic statement? I think not. This is absolutely pathetic. This is the only business that I know, in the entire state, that does not offer the ability to receive your bill online. I guess I will rip out all of his appliances and go all electric. UPDATE: It is now 2 years later from review above and although they allow online payment for around 25% of my father's total gas bill- 4.00 fee for a 25.00 bill, they still do not allow Electronic Billing or an option to allow Auto Billing. Pathetic.

Unfortunately, this company lacks customer service. Perhaps because it is the only gas provider in Zachary. Their website is out of date. There is no online system for tracking bills or usage. When I called and requested another bill, I was told that they don't do that and that I needed to find my paper bill. When I called about an unusually high bill (nearly 4 times the usual amount) during January 2018, I was told that I had been running my system a lot on the snow days. It wasn't until we went through the math of my previous charges and usage that CSR admitted that the cost of services fluctuated. So that month they took advantage of the weather. When I spoke to others in the neighborhood about their high bills, they were told that it was because they ran their hearing systems a lot during the cold days as well. Lastly, when I paid my bill over the phone recently, I asked to be emailed or mailed a receipt. Again, I was told they don't do that. If I wanted my receipt, I'd have to come pick it up. If I can't find an alternative to this company, I'm going to convert completely to electric. But I do think the company should be held accountable. They should update their website, make bill and usage tracking available for customers, and communicate better with customers when they plan on significantly raising prices.
