I am a former employee. Because of my experience working at Zwicker & Associates, I gave up working in the legal field. There was no healthy environment to develop new employees. Like many places, Zwicker was cultish and imhumane. In debt collection, employees are trained to prioritize billion dollar companies over regular people. The most notable case I oversaw was an elderly woman who was the victim of fraud. This woman was in her 80s and on a fixed income. There was no policy in place that gave us permission to share with the clients that she had rights and no policy that allowed us to document circumstances where clients had mental disorders such as Alzheimers or dementia. Unethical is the kindest way for me to describe Zwicker.

Zwicker told gave me false information about a credit card settlement, stating what I wanted to do was "Absolutely fine, it won't be an issue at all". When I followed through with the action, it caused my credit score to drop by 30 points. I called Zwicker back to ask for help in the matter and they said "Oh we didn't know that would happen, we thought you could do that."

This company is horrible for negotiating, including working with clients. Not very knowledgeable or helpful to clients either. The guidance was awful and was basically left to figure staid out on my own.

Call centre PPL r worst..no knowledge at all..i just called to pay my balance amount..my call was keep on getting transferred..they have to just pull my account using my file number..such a unprofessional ppl
