Michelle is a Senior Associate Attorney at Nishad Khan P.L. who focuses on residential and commercial real estate matters. Michelle attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She then attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Michelle was the recipient of the Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting Certificate, which focused on legal analysis, research, oral advocacy and the writing skills needed for success in the practice of law. She was also the recipient of the Founder’s Award for her significant contributions to the ideals and objectives of Florida Coastal School of Law. She participated in various pro-bono activities, which earned her a Pro Bono Honor Cord for her service to the Jacksonville community. Jay is a native South Floridian born and raised in Miami and a full-time practicing attorney since 1983. Jay is married with 3 children and resides in Weston, Florida. After graduating early from the University of Florida in 1989 , he went on to obtain his law degree, in only 2 1/2 years from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1992.
