Mr. Berg received his JD degree from Hofstra University after receiving an undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 19th Judicial Circuit in Martin and St. Lucie counties. He then moved on to criminal defense where he has defended thousands of clients in all manner of criminal cases. Since joining The Ticket Clinic, Mr. Berg continues to defend clients in all traffic and criminal defense matters.

Arthur Vincent has extensive law enforcement experience commencing in 1965, during which time he served in various positions including criminal investigation and command positions. Mr. Vincent graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 1980. Following his retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Vincent received a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, also from Florida International University in 1994. Mr. Vincent later received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995. Kristopher Wohlers began his legal career as a defense attorney for Florida’s largest insurance defense firm where he defended individuals and businesses alike in a wide array of personal injury matters such as premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance coverage disputes. As a result, Mr. Wohlers was able to obtain invaluable experience as to how insurance companies analyze and value claims in both a pre-suit and litigation setting. Michael was born and raised in Florida. He spent much of his youth working in orange groves and watermelon fields in Central Florida. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Utah State University in 2008, Michael pursued a law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Thomas Gilbert is an attorney licensed in Florida and New Jersey. Mr. Gilbert received his bachelor’s degree in secondary education and social sciences from the University of Tampa and his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Riverview, Florida. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Gilbert interned at the St. Michael’s Legal Center, a pro bono legal clinic focusing on family law issues. After graduating from law school, Mr. Gilbert served as a judicial law clerk in the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. During his clerkship, Mr. Gilbert conducted legal research, analyzed legal data, and prepared legal memoranda for the Family Division judges.
