He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York and earned a Certificate from the Cours Civilisation Franςaise de la Sorbonne in Paris, France. He served as Corporate Counsel for a real property development firm, where he focused on the formation and operation of Real Estate Investment Trusts, real property acquisition and development, finance, and title insurance matters. He also worked as a commercial litigation associate at boutique litigation firm in Miami, where he focused in commercial disputes and business torts. He has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders and real property developers and investors. Mr. Belleh has jury and bench trial experience and has argued several cases successfully before the District Court of Appeal. Mr. Belleh serves as Corporate Counsel for a number of privately-held companies based in South Florida and operating in a cross-section of industries. He is an agent of the Attorney Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic Title Insurance and the owner/operator of Brightstar Title & Escrow, INC. He is admitted to practice in the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Belleh is also a member of the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Section, the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

For more than three decades, George has represented institutions and individuals in business disputes involving all types of contracts and business torts. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to helping Broker-Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and financial services professionals manage the risks presented by the complex regulatory environment in which they operate. He represents clients in FINRA and AAA arbitrations, state and federal court litigation, and in regulatory proceedings brought by the state, self-regulatory organizations and the SEC.

Lourdes Ferrer is the Founding Partner of Ferrer Law Group. She provides legal counseling on both transactional and litigation matters related to community association law, consumer protection law, business law, real estate and commercial litigation. Her clients include both homeowner and condominium associations, as well as individual property owners, corporate business entities, real estate investors and investment groups. Geoffrey C. Curreri is the Managing Partner of Ferrer Law Group, PLLC. He provides legal counseling on transactional and litigation matters, related to community association law and commercial litigation. Mr. Curreri was born in New York and has resided in South Florida for over 40 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Finance, from Florida Atlantic University. In 1995, Mr. Curreri obtained his Juris Doctorate from the St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm in late 2014, Mr. Curreri spent approximately 18 years in the insurance defense industry, representing some of the larger insurance carriers and the insureds. He was a frequent seminar presenter providing continuing education credits for the claims representatives on several topics. Mr. Curreri has written several articles on a variety of current event topics, to include his published work regarding the treatment of undocumented workers in their native countries within the March 2013 issue of Claims Journal, Southeast Edition as well as employer accommodations to an aging workforce within the July 2013 site for the Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Curreri’s professional background includes employment with an architectural/engineering firm, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience about the design and installation of medium to large multi-million dollar construction projects, including the development of and expansion stores in Dadeland Mall and Palm Beach Gardens Mall, assisting with the transition of the Burdines-Macy’s department store merger. The experience gained in the construction field, and interaction with general and sub-contractors place him in a unique position to handle claims relating to water damage, plumbing deficiencies, cast iron piping, roofing and failure to maintain issues. Mr. Curreri has handled a multitude of insurance defense claims to trial on a wide range of issues.
