Rahysa Vargas is the founder and Managing Partner of Vargas Law , where she primarily represents clients in Personal Injury matters and with Commercial and Residential Real Estate needs including negotiations, closings and title. Mr. Klemawesch joined the firm in 2014. His practice includes all aspects of both criminal defense and personal injury in both State and Federal Court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Klemawesch worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, where he tried over seventy-five cases to juries, including cases involving homicide, hate crimes, sexual battery, weapons charges, and many other areas. He was a member of the Vehicular Homicide Squad, focused on the investigation and prosecution of severe DUI cases involving significant injuries and deaths. Before working for the State of Florida, Mr. Klemawesch worked at several Florida law firms, practicing civil and commercial litigation; he also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Gregory Presnell, United States District Judge in the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Klemawesch graduated in the top 3% of his law school class, and was a member of both the Trial Team and Law Review. Mr. Klemawesch has worked as a teacher in a Maasai community in Kenya, teaching English to elementary school children, and served with Doctors Without Borders in a trauma hospital in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

R. Evan Bassett has joined Neri Law Group as Of Counsel to the firm and has been licensed to practice law in Florida for over 20 years. R. Evan Bassett is a fifth generation Floridian, who graduated from Berkeley Preparatory School and obtained his undergraduate degree from Furman University, where he majored in Spanish and speaks Spanish fluently. Mr. Bassett ultimately moved on to obtain his Juris Doctorate Degree from Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Bassett began his career as an Assistant State Attorney, where he spent three years before transitioning to a career in Plaintiff’s work. Evan is also on the executive committee for the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is a board certified Civil Trail Lawyer and concentrates his practice solely on advocating for people injured in accidents. His practice areas include cases involving automobile and motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, and nursing home negligence. Mr. Bassett’s recent jury verdicts include a Pinellas County motor vehicle accident verdict of $950,000, a Hillsborough County motor vehicle accident verdict involving a DUI driver for $475,000 compensatory and $100,000 in punitive damages, and a Sarasota County motor vehicle accident verdict for $400,000. Born and raised in Miami Florida, Daniel Frank Lopez is the Managing Partner at The Morgan Law Group, whose primary practice focuses on first-party insurance litigation. Since 2012, Mr. Lopez has been with The Morgan Law Group focusing on his first-party insurance property disputes, which ranges in matters from typical homeowner insurance disputes to multi-million dollar commercial property claims. Andres Alfonso, a Bogota, Colombia native who was raised in Miami, is a dedicated first-party property insurance attorney in our Miami office. Andres’s educational journey began at Doral Academy Preparatory, where he excelled in both academics and sports, specifically five years of Varsity soccer. Subsequently, he pursued higher education at Spring Hill College, where he showcased his soccer prowess as a Division II athlete for all four years. Throughout his undergraduate years, Andres actively engaged in community service initiatives, such as tutoring underprivileged students and teaching English to immigrants, reflecting his deep commitment to social impact. He also played a vital role in a program called “Belong,” where he assisted Central Immigrants in navigating the challenging landscape of being undocumented immigrants in Alabama. Furthermore, Andres displayed exceptional leadership as the Fundraising Chair for the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, successfully raising over $10,000.00 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
