Attorney Anthony J. Dimora is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. managing the firm’s Marco Island location. He provides legal services in both Marco Island and Naples, Florida, focusing his law practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, probate and trust administration, litigation, business law, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Anthony (“Tony”) P. Pires, Jr. is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in the Naples office. He provides legal services to clients throughout Collier and Lee Counties in Local Government Law, Municipal Law, Land Use and Zoning Law, Land Use Applications, Rezonings, Bond Validation, and Administrative Law. His decades of experience and extensive knowledge of the history and development of Collier County enable him to use his unique insight to solve problems elegantly and efficiently. Tony serves as long-standing general counsel to various Florida community development districts (CDDs) and as special counsel to various county constitutional officers. Mark J. Woodward is the Managing Partner of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in Naples and Marco Island, Florida. He is one of Collier County’s only dual Board Certified attorneys in Real Estate Law, as well as in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar. Mark has over 40 years of experience practicing law in the State of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law. Mark assists clients with his extensive experience in all aspects of Florida Condominium Development Law and has worked on hundreds of HOA’s and condominium projects (residential, commercial, and mixed) throughout Collier and Lee Counties and in the panhandle of Florida. Mark’s Florida real estate practice includes complex commercial and agricultural transactions as well as business law, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs).

Kristen King Jaiven, Esq. is an attorney that focuses her practice on the representation of small businesses, including real estate brokerages and other related business ventures. Kristen has experience with DBPR investigations, Board of Realtor complaints, commission disputes, and brokerage compliance matters. She also assists with commercial leasing, corporate operations, and implementing robust marketing plans for various types of business ventures. Kristen currently represents the 4th Appellate District on the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee and serves as Co-Chair of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section’s (RPPTL) Residential Real Estate and Industry Liaison Committee. Scott is an associate attorney with the firm. He is from Tampa, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, and an LL.M. in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami. He has been practicing law for 13 years, and has experience in criminal, family, and real estate law. His inspiration towards becoming a lawyer stemmed from his passion for helping people and the ability to continuously learn new things. Scott’s proudest legal experience is when his motion to suppress and appellate practice permanently changed the way drug trafficking charges are investigated and prosecuted.

Attorney Omar J. Arcia is the founding force behind Arcia Law Office, bringing over two decades of legal experience and an unwavering commitment to justice. Mr. Arcia graduated with honors from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, earning a degree in Psychology. He continued his academic excellence at Florida State University Law School, graduating in 1995. During his time in law school, Mr. Arcia distinguished himself as a leader and scholar. He proudly served as President of the Spanish American Law Students Association, was selected to join the prestigious Florida State University Law Review, as well as the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, where his scholarly articles were published. His passion for advocacy was further demonstrated as a member of the Moot Court Trial Team, where he honed his litigation skills early in his career. Following law school, Mr. Arcia began his professional journey at a prominent business litigation firm in Miami, handling complex cases across state and federal courts nationwide. With a strong foundation in litigation, he quickly earned a reputation for skillfully navigating high-stakes legal battles. In 2000, driven by a passion to provide more personalized service, Mr. Arcia founded his own firm in Coral Gables, Florida. Ronnie D. Dykes, P.A., is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of Ronnie D. Dykes. He has over 16 years of experience practicing law and a broad knowledge of the law. Attorney Dykes grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and moved to Florida in 1997, where he began and continues his career in law. He attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree and graduated on the Dean's List while serving on active duty in the United States Navy. Michael Delgado is an associate attorney with the firm. He is from Miami, FL, and attended the University of Miami where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Business Management, earning magna cum laude distinction. Michael obtained his Juris Doctorate from the St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating in the top 20% of his graduating class. He has been practicing law for over 15 years, and has experience in real estate transactions, civil litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, residential and commercial real estate closings, and real property litigation. Michael is licensed to practice in Florida. Michael is known to be extremely organized and disciplined and enjoys working directly with clients. He is bilingual and is a second-generation Cuban immigrant. Michael enjoys spending time with his family, and volunteering with local charities and organizations that assist those who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
