Jerome B. Blevins is a partner in the Liability division in the St. Petersburg office. Kelly Forst has been an attorney in New York since 2000. Marcella A. Taylor found herself drawn to the legal field directly out of high school, working as a paralegal. She then pursued a law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. She obtained her LL.M in Elder Law from Stetson Law School.
