Davis Law’s CEO is Marshal H. Davis, Esquire, MBA, LLM. Davis Law is a Bucks County law firm and serves the Philadelphia area and its suburbs, New Jersey, and elsewhere in Pennsylvania. He is an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the federal courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Western District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Davis is a native and long-time resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Davis’s primary practice areas include business law, commercial transactions, non-profit law, tax-exempt entities, real estate tax assessment appeals, and corporate law. In his spare time, he coaches fencing at Liberty Fencing Club LLC in Warrington, PA. In addition to running this local Bucks County law firm, in Spring 2013, Dr. Davis was an instructor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law for the practicum of the JD-level Nonprofit Corporations class.

Kevin Steinberg’s passion and commitment to protecting and fighting for the rights of injured victims comes from 30 years of professional experience, as well as his own personal experience. Early in his legal career, Mr. Steinberg was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision where he sustained permanent injuries to his lower back and knees. This experience was quite humbling, and it made him fully appreciate what it is like to be seriously injured as a result of someone’s negligence and carelessness. More importantly, this experience made him realize the challenges clients face with maintaining their personal, professional, and social lives while trying to recover from an injury. This accident gave him a solid understanding of what his clients deal with every day while trying to rebuild their lives after an accident. His personal experience has driven him to zealously fight to get his clients to everything they are legally entitled to. Mr. Steinberg has spent 30 years dedicating himself to protecting the rights of injured victims and consumers. His decades of experience as a trial lawyer and litigator enable him to digest the often-complex issues involved in personal injury claims and to galvanize the salient facts to obtain maximum recoveries for his clients. Prior to founding the KBS Injury Law Group, Mr. Steinberg was Co-Founder and Partner of the Fighting for People Injury Law Group. Before that, he had the unique opportunity of managing the Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Departments as a partner and senior associate in two (2) prominent Center City Philadelphia insurance defense litigation firms. This experience gave him a unique and intimate understanding of the defensive mentality and mindset, which has given him a solid understanding of the manner that insurance defense firms and their attorneys handle and try personal injury cases. This has also enabled him to effectively represent and advise his clients to ensure that they obtain the damages and recoveries to which they are rightfully entitled. Mr. Steinberg uses his years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer to oversee and supervise the Firm’s legal team to ensure that all of the Firm’s files are properly managed and the Clients are well informed about the developments of their case. He is directly responsible for handling all of the firm’s pre-trial and trial casework; he conducts depositions, navigates complicated discovery issues, handles arbitrations and mediations, and more. He is also responsible for handling and trying all of the firm’s workers’ compensation cases where he only represents the rights of injured workers. As an advocate for injured people, Mr. Steinberg uses his legal knowledge and skill to ensure that all of the firm’s resources are dedicated to the needs of those injured by other people’s negligence and carelessness. In his free time, Mr. Steinberg takes pride in being an active member of his community. He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for over 25 years. They have four boys who are all involved in multiple sports leagues and organizations. He has devoted the last 18 years volunteering his time as a coach for his boys’ baseball, soccer, and basketball teams, and he has served as a Board Member for several community sports organizations, which he consistently did for almost 2 decades.

Prior to earning her Juris Doctor from the Kline School of Law at Drexel University, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This degree has given Alicia a unique perspective as a legal advocate; she understands how to set realistic expectations and respond appropriately and effectively to highly emotional situations. Her approach is effective in all areas of family law, including equitable distribution, high asset divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, marital agreements, and protection from abuse. When her clients need continuing support after their case has resolved, Alicia can offer a helping hand by referring them to counselors, financial planners, and other professional support. Prior to joining Petrelli Previtera, Alicia ran a private family law practice for three years. In this role, she gained vast experience with the full range of family law matters, seeing them through from the very beginning to resolution. She previously practiced law with a Philadelphia firm dedicated to providing quality legal services for reasonable fees. This firm emphasized clients’ education to make well-informed decisions through the stages of negotiation and litigation that are unique to family law and landlord-tenant matters. She was also previously employed as an associate attorney by a private firm with a focus on family law matters. Alicia continues her mission to provide efficient, high quality, and compassionate legal services for her clients. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and represents clients throughout Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Berks Counties. Alicia is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. She also provides pro bono legal services through select non-profit organizations in an effort to support her local community in and around Montgomery County. In addition to her family law career, Alicia enjoys sharing the kitchen with her husband, dancing in the living room with her two young children and yorkie, reading, and taking any chance to visit a beach.
