McMaster of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and later served as the Assistant District Director for Pennsylvania State Senator Robert M. Tomlinson, experiences that continue to shape his perspective and professionalism.

Russell has been recognized by the Bucks County Bar Association for his pro bono work, particularly for his dedication to handling Protection from Abuse cases. He received this recognition for several consecutive years, including 2020 and 2021, reflecting his commitment to serving individuals facing urgent and challenging circumstances.

Outside of his legal practice, Russell remains closely connected to his community. He has lived in Southern Bucks County his entire life and currently resides in Langhorne with his wife and two children, less than ten miles from where he grew up. He enjoys Civil War reenactments and fencing, interests that reflect his lifelong passion for history and competitive pursuits.
