About Francis
Partner, Litigation Department and Insurance Coverage Group. Mr. Maneri is a partner in the firm and a member of the Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters involving underlying asbestos and environmental claims. He also represented many lenders in enforcing commercial loans and loan workouts. Mr. Maneri has represented a commercial real estate broker to enforce an equitable lien and argued the case before the New Jersey Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Maneri has represented builders in land use related litigation and has defended a municipality in the defense of a First Amendment retaliation claim which was tried before a federal jury. He represented a general contractor in a Section 1983 federal action against a county utility authority for improper interference in a labor dispute, has defended wrongful termination claims and has recovered the benefits of life insurance proceeds on behalf of a widow against her husband's partners.
