Mr. Carman graduated with Honors from Oregon State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with an emphasis on public law and public administration. In 1975, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University School of Law. Mr. Carman has been in the private practice of law since 1975 when he joined the Oregon State Bar.
Since joining Cornerstone Law Group in 1983, Mr. Carman has devoted his practice to pragmatic problem solving for his clients.
