Tom focuses his practice on business law transactions and counseling, and estate planning. Tom has been involved in business transactions for over 18 years. Before practicing with Merrill, Cruttenden & Collinson, P.A., Tom operated a solo practice, Collinson Law Office, LLC, where he focused on business law transactions and began to do estate planning. Before his solo practice, Tom spent more than 15 years in corporate finance and operations, the last five as a Chief Financial Officer. While practicing law, Tom has assisted many companies primarily small businesses with entity formation, general counseling on business law issues, contract and lease negotiations, and trademark issues. During the last two years, Tom has drafted estate plans wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and medical directives for several clients.
