Johanna Kelley, founder of J Kelley Law Group, obtained her law degree in Colombia in 2001, where she practiced Labor, Constitutional, Administrative, Human Rights, International Law and International Business Law. She advised private companies, local and international human rights organizations, governmental agencies, the Colombian Army and grassroots community organizations, with a broad portfolio that included innovative initiatives and the improvement of Colombia’s image abroad. She prepared and accompanied cases of Colombian citizens before the Organization of American States (OAS). After immigrating to the United States, she found that the policy and Immigration Law of this country were a perfect fit for her professional development project and after graduating with Master’s degrees in Law (Duke University) and International Development Policy (Sanford School of Public Policy), she founded in 2013 a non-profit organization aimed at protecting and promoting immigrant rights and social justice. In July 2015, she left the nonprofit sector to serve in government. She began working for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a supervisor, a wonderful experience professionally and personally, which allowed her to participate in ensuring the integrity of the US immigration system, provide immigration benefits and support the country’s Homeland Security. In November 2017, Johanna Kelley said goodbye to USCIS to kick off the biggest of her work projects: building her own law firm. The founder of our firm believes in legal development and empowerment, therefore, she has been involved in public discussions at mass events and through the media. She hosted the television program ‘Batalla Política’ for the international news channel NTN24 and is a frequent analyst on radio stations and Hispanic channels such as Telemundo, Caracol Televisión, Univisión and RCN News. Mrs. Kelley leads a team committed to the cases of clients and investors, and we are grateful every day for the opportunity to serve our community with professionalism, ethics, and positive results generated through teamwork.

Lonnie Greenblatt has represented thousands of clients for over 38 years in personal injury cases due to the negligence of others. Based on his experience, he formed the partnership with Elnur Veliev to create Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC, in order to expand his help and service to more people in the Metro area. His own work has been recognized in the Super Lawyers list for Maryland for three years in a row from 2020 – 2022 as one of no more than the top 5% of all attorneys in Maryland over 70 practice areas. He was chosen for the area of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, which continues to confirm his pursuit and passion for his personal injury clients. Lonnie is a member of the Maryland, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia bars. Presently, he serves as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland, University College, where he has taught for approximately 25 years. He has also taught at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1979 and graduated from the Delaware Law School in 1982. In 1988, Lonnie received a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the George Washington University Law School.

Mallon Snyder has dedicated over 40 years to assisting clients and their families as an attorney. Throughout his career, he has supported not only his clients but also their children and grandchildren. Mr. Snyder pursued a legal education with the intention of actively advocating for his clients, rather than accepting guilty pleas without thorough representation. His entire staff is committed to demonstrating genuine care for their clients, fostering lifelong relationships that lead to referrals from family, friends, and coworkers. Attorney Mallon Snyder serves clients in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and eleven other Maryland counties, bringing over four decades of experience to his practice. Mr. Snyder is a former President of both the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Foundation. During law school, Mr. Snyder interned with the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office, where he participated in criminal jury trials involving cases of assault, forgery and uttering, and rape. He also managed criminal proceedings related to child abuse and CINA cases in juvenile court. As a former executive committee member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, he established the Recent Practitioners section. Mr. Snyder has been a guest speaker at the University of Maryland and CASA of Maryland and serves as a mentor to many new attorneys.

Mr. Lipshutz is responsible for managing the firm’s personal injury and catastrophic injury practice. He has been enormously successful in representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and defective products, having recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients. He also handles a select number of business litigation and employment matters. Upon entering private practice in 1994, Mr. Lipshutz worked as an attorney for a law firm handling insurance defense matters giving him unique insight and experience into the handling of personal injury matters from both the defendant’s and plaintiff’s perspectives. Since 1998 Mr. Lipshutz who is admitted in Maryland, DC, and Florida has handled cases exclusively for the injured victims in personal injury matters. Since 2010, Mr. Lipshutz has been given the highest possible rating in the Martindale Hubbell Lawyers Directory – “AV” signifying very high to pre-eminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar.
