Mr. Schumacher specializes in complex litigation, appeals, and construction/construction defect litigation. He has successfully argued numerous cases before the California Appellate Courts. Mr. Schumacher concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation and appeals, construction/construction defect, personal injury, insurance defense and education law.
Mr. Schumacher serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Ventura County Superior Court, and is a long time member of the Ventura County Bar Association. He graduated in 1977 from the University of Santa Cruz with degrees in politics and history. He graduated from the California Western School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1981.
