As Chairman of the Insurance and Casualty Litigation Practice Group, and Member in charge of the firm's New Jersey office, George M. Vinci, Jr. focuses his practice on civil litigation matters including lender liability, professional malpractice (accounting, legal and medical), directors' and officers' liability, securities litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.  In addition, he has successfully handled claims involving employment discrimination and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Mr. Vinci has successfully handled a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters including claims involving breach of contract, tortious interference, civil RICO, real estate (lease violations, restrictive covenants, mortgage foreclosures, condominium disputes), fraud and bankruptcy litigation (commercial loan defaults, preference claims).

His commercial litigation experience involves cases throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Puerto Rico, and other countries, including Italy. He was also involved in a ground-breaking election fraud case (Marks v. Stinson) in the United States Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania, which was aired on Court TV.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vinci was associated with LaBrum and Doak, a large Philadelphia-based law firm where his practice focused on commercial litigation and products liability.

Mr. Vinci is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is also an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers and the Professional Underwriting Society.  He served for six years as a panel member with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Vinci is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Vinci received a J.D. with cum laude honors from Temple University and a B.S. from St. Joseph's University.
