Kristin also has extensive experience guiding service members and their spouses through the unique challenges of military divorce, including the division of military pensions and drafting and implementation of Military Pension Division Orders. Kristin co-founded Scully | Torres with a focus on trust, integrity, and results. Kristin understands that family law is not just about legal outcomes—it’s about protecting what matters most. She works closely with each client to understand their goals, empower them with knowledge, and advocate for their best interests both inside and outside the courtroom. Kristin also serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, where she advocates for the best interests of children in contested family law matters. Kristin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Kristin presently serves on the Executive Council for the Marital and Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Additionally, Kristin is actively engaged in shaping the future of family law in Florida. She serves on several key committees within the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, including the Children’s Issues Committee, Guardian ad Litem Committee, Support Issues Committee, and Rules and Forms Committee. Kristin brings both professional insight and personal perspective to her work. As the proud mother of three boys, she deeply understands the emotional and practical complexities of family dynamics. When not in the courtroom, Kristin enjoys watching her sons play baseball, cheering on the Michigan Wolverines and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, boating, and being outside and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Kristin’s down-to-earth approach and strong sense of empathy make her a trusted ally for clients facing difficult transitions.

Lisa N. Wysong has been practicing law for 20 years. After beginning her practice with a large firm in Atlanta, Georgia, she joined the Florida Bar in 2001 and returned to her hometown of Tampa where she was mentored by local prominent attorneys in the areas of family law, real estate law, and business litigation. She founded the Norton Wysong Law firm in 2013.

Shazia Sparkman is the founder and managing partner where she advocates fiercely and passionately for her clients in all types of family law and complex business litigation matters. Ms. Sparkman is a native of Tampa, born and raised and grew up with a passion for the law and service. She has cultivated her talent for lawyering in the most effective and artful manner where her persuasion skills and legal expertise merge together in the courtroom. She is a perfectionist at heart who drives herself to accomplish tasks that others would run from. Her memory and ability to multi-task is difficult to comprehend or describe but clearly reveals how she is able to remember every conversation she has ever had and every client story told.
