Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Gina DeVito is a no-nonsense, energetic and savvy attorney who tells it like it is. She has an unparalleled commitment to her work and an unbridled passion for going the extra mile for her clients. Ms. DeVito's penchant for doing things the right way drove her to open her own practice over 10 years ago. Founded on principles of creative problem-solving and fairness, Ms. DeVito's firm stands resolute to her dedication to client's needs and satisfaction.
A bodybuilder and runner, who competes in marathons, Ms. DeVito expects only the best from herself. Ms. DeVito transmits that deep sense of personal discipline over to her work and responsibility to her clients.
Apart from her practice, Ms. DeVito also serves as judge pro tem for the county of Contra Costa. Ms. DeVito is a graduate of Princeton University and earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco, where she taught legal research and writing for a number of years.
Ms. DeVito is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
