About Ginger
March 22, 1976, Ginger was raised in
Ms. Maxted is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Oklahoma Association for Justice. She is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association. Her primary areas of practice are: civil litigation, personal injury, complex civil litigation, all areas of health law including: elder law, nursing home abuse and negligent elder care; corporate strategy and structure, and family law including divorce and custody disputes.
Ms. Maxted's seminars include: STARK, HIPAA and FDCPA for physicians; Physician Vendor Relationships; Physician Billing and Third Party Billing; and Physician Collections; How to Present Your Case at Trial, NBI 2008; Overcoming Discovery Abuse, NBI 2009. Ms. Maxted has an extensive medical background, giving her an in depth understanding of issues in medical cases. In addition to her legal training and experience, Ms. Maxted has a fifteen year history of teaching and public speaking.
