About Ginny
Ginny was born in
Throughout her 24 year claims career with Nationwide, she had the opportunity to handle and manage various types of cases including personal injury, medical, car and home claims. She also served on several catastrophe teams assisting policyholders after storms and hurricanes.
She holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) professional designations. She was a claims manager for 14 years with Nationwide, including serving as PIP litigation manager for
Having grown up in a small town atmosphere, she loves the personalized, individualized interaction and relationships with customers and clients. Having worked and managed claims for so many years, she understands the frustration and aggravation that clients associate with the insurance process.
From a personal perspective, she is a cancer survivor, battling a lymphoma diagnosis which makes her appreciate every day and she truly enjoys and takes pride in helping clients work through the claims and medical process and assisting them with every step of their case.
Ginny and her husband Bill were high school sweethearts and have been married for 23 years. They have two children, Amanda and Will.
