About Glenn

Glenn A. Fuller has broad experience in all aspects of real estate finance construction, mezzanine and permanent financing.  Mr. Fuller has represented various clients in hotel and resort financing, golf course acquisition and development financing as well as office, retail and residential development lending.  Mr. Fuller further represents clients in hybrid debt/equity transactions, equity kicker transactions and a myriad of other lending and equity deals.  Mr. Fuller's experience also includes the acquisition, sale, exchange and development and redevelopment of real property; as well as structuring joint ventures and tax planning for real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Fuller has substantial experience in counseling clients on forward and reverse like kind exchanges, taxation issues involved in dispositions and acquisitions of real estate, partnership transactions and transactions involving real estate investment trusts. His clients range from publicly traded companies to individuals and include institutional and private lenders, commercial and residential developers and landlords and tenants in leasing matters. Mr. Fuller's practice also encompasses a broad variety of general business matters, including the structuring and planning of business entities; negotiation and drafting of complex partnership, joint venture, and LLC operating agreements; and various commercial and personal property secured financing transactions. Mr. Fuller is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and a frequent writer, commentator and speaker on current real estate, tax and corporate issues, and regularly publishes on such topics.

Professional Memberships and Activities

Mr. Fuller is active in business and community associations in Southern California. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Moriah Society of the University of Judaism, which is comprised of professionals in all aspects of the real estate industry and is a member of the United Jewish Federation's Real Estate and Construction Divisions.
