Randy A. Skinner understands the stress of unemployment and economic uncertainty. Twenty years ago, with a new wife and a mountain of educational debt, he was downsized from his very first job during a recession. Even with three degrees from the University of South Carolina (B.S., M.B.A., and J.D.), his employment prospects looked bleak, so Mr. Skinner took the only route available to him: He started his own firm.

David grew up in Greenville and has seen our city grow exponentially. He is very proud to call Greenville his home. He is the founder of the Greene Law Firm and has been practicing law for over 45 years. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in physics and continued that discipline at Florida State University where he earned his M. S. and Ph. D. degrees in Experimental Molecular Physics. He then obtained his J. D. degree in law, also from FSU and was admitted to the State Bar in 1977. In 1984 David opened his own practice and, since 1995, has specialized in the Tax Problem Resolution field. David’s extensive knowledge of mathematics helps him give his clients a distinct advantage in resolving their IRS problems. At the end of the day his passion and what excites him is seeing the clients happy with the solution that has been obtained for them and knowing they are “getting their life back.” The IRS Problem Resolution practice provided a natural progression into the field of Estate Planning, because he learned that so many people do not know how to preserve and organize their assets for their spouses, children and other loved ones. He has helped many clients form Trusts and other Estate Planning documents that assure that their assets are protected and are passed to their heirs in the manner they wish. David is married and has one adult daughter, Brittany, who has her BA from Clemson and MBA degree from Liberty University. He is a member of the Greenville County Bar, The South Carolina Bar, the American Association for Justice and the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is also a member of a national tax problem resolution group, the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. He is admitted to practice before all South Carolina Courts, the Federal Courts and the U. S. Tax Court. Outside of the office you can usually find David at the family farm where he and his family enjoy spending time with his horse, dogs, cat and parrot. When he has time, David’s other hobby is photography and videography. In the fall David’s favorite thing is to attend or watch Clemson football. He and Jean also love to have Brittany visit from her home in Charlotte or go to visit her. David and his family are active members of Scenic Hills Baptist Church where he serves as the church’s legal counsel.

Chris Edwards is the managing attorney for the Upstate of South Carolina office of Moss & Associates Attorneys, PA. Chris served in the military before attending the University of South Carolina where he obtained his A.S. and B.A. degrees. After his undergraduate studies, Chris worked in public safety in Charleston, SC before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His first job as an attorney was for Moore, Taylor & Thomas in West Columbia, SC where he practiced criminal, civil, and family law. Now, Chris' practice involves filing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies for individuals and businesses. His focus is on getting people the fresh start they need, saving people's homes from foreclosure, and assisting with tax debts. His office is located near downtown Greenville, SC on Laurens Road near I-385.

Anslee has known from a young age that looking out for others and the legal system was something she was passionate about. In 2016, when Anslee was a teenager, she watched her younger brother suffer a traumatic brain injury during a middle school football game. He lost his memory, his ability to walk, and his ability to talk. When her family hired a personal injury attorney, Anslee became deeply involved in every step of the legal process. Five years later, during her sophomore year of college, Anslee sat in a courtroom for five days and watched a jury deliver the verdict her brother deserved, which changed everything for her. Anslee has felt the impact of going through the personal injury claim process herself. She saw how the experience of a favorable verdict brought peace and closure for her brother and family. After that, she switched her major, setting out to carry on that same impact. Anslee ambitiously graduated ahead of her peers a year early and went on to law school. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and interned with the South Carolina House of Representatives, the South Carolina Senate, and worked as a Special Assistant in the Public Affairs Division for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Haskins then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. At Florida Coastal, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association Legislature and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Having graduated Florida Coastal in two and one-half years, Mr. Haskins passed the Alaska Bar Examination and became a Member of the Alaska Bar Association. After Florida Coastal, he attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in Law & Government, specializing in Law, Politics, and Legislation, with a concentration on Civil & Constitutional Rights. While at American, he interned in the United States Senate and was a Legal Fellow for United States Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Mr. Haskins also helped found the Alaska Bar Association Federal Regulatory Practice Section in Washington, D.C. Returning to South Carolina, Mr. Haskins passed the South Carolina Bar Examination and became a Member of the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Haskins worked in firms in Greenville and Charleston, gaining valuable experience in handling family law, estate planning, and real estate legal issues. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Haskins is a Realtor, Notary Public in South Carolina, and President of the Charleston Chapter of the University of South Carolina Alumni Association.

Isabella C. Martinez Bond is a bilingual attorney fluent in both Spanish and English. She is licensed to practice in Texas and South Carolina. She began her professional journey by serving five years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. After completing her military service, Isabella earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, Isabella gained valuable legal experience in a variety of settings. She worked at a firm specializing in personal injury and civil litigation, clerked with the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel, and interned with a nonprofit organization assisting crime victims in applying for U-visas, T-visas, and VAWA petitions. Throughout her legal career, Isabella has worked in personal injury, real estate law, business law, and estate planning. However, her strong commitment to helping individuals in times of need led her to focus exclusively on personal injury law—a field where she could directly advocate for those harmed by the negligence of others. Timothy “Tim” Nicolette became an attorney because his father believed he would be a great one. That kind of faith has a way of shaping a person. Robert H. Cooper, Esquire, is the owner of The Cooper Law Firm and has practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 1990. "Bob" Cooper, as he is known by all, received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from The University of South Carolina.
