David grew up in Greenville and has seen our city grow exponentially. He is very proud to call Greenville his home. He is the founder of the Greene Law Firm and has been practicing law for over 45 years. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in physics and continued that discipline at Florida State University where he earned his M. S. and Ph. D. degrees in Experimental Molecular Physics. He then obtained his J. D. degree in law, also from FSU and was admitted to the State Bar in 1977. In 1984 David opened his own practice and, since 1995, has specialized in the Tax Problem Resolution field. David’s extensive knowledge of mathematics helps him give his clients a distinct advantage in resolving their IRS problems. At the end of the day his passion and what excites him is seeing the clients happy with the solution that has been obtained for them and knowing they are “getting their life back.” The IRS Problem Resolution practice provided a natural progression into the field of Estate Planning, because he learned that so many people do not know how to preserve and organize their assets for their spouses, children and other loved ones. He has helped many clients form Trusts and other Estate Planning documents that assure that their assets are protected and are passed to their heirs in the manner they wish. David is married and has one adult daughter, Brittany, who has her BA from Clemson and MBA degree from Liberty University. He is a member of the Greenville County Bar, The South Carolina Bar, the American Association for Justice and the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is also a member of a national tax problem resolution group, the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. He is admitted to practice before all South Carolina Courts, the Federal Courts and the U. S. Tax Court. Outside of the office you can usually find David at the family farm where he and his family enjoy spending time with his horse, dogs, cat and parrot. When he has time, David’s other hobby is photography and videography. In the fall David’s favorite thing is to attend or watch Clemson football. He and Jean also love to have Brittany visit from her home in Charlotte or go to visit her. David and his family are active members of Scenic Hills Baptist Church where he serves as the church’s legal counsel.

Anslee has known from a young age that looking out for others and the legal system was something she was passionate about. In 2016, when Anslee was a teenager, she watched her younger brother suffer a traumatic brain injury during a middle school football game. He lost his memory, his ability to walk, and his ability to talk. When her family hired a personal injury attorney, Anslee became deeply involved in every step of the legal process. Five years later, during her sophomore year of college, Anslee sat in a courtroom for five days and watched a jury deliver the verdict her brother deserved, which changed everything for her. Anslee has felt the impact of going through the personal injury claim process herself. She saw how the experience of a favorable verdict brought peace and closure for her brother and family. After that, she switched her major, setting out to carry on that same impact. Anslee ambitiously graduated ahead of her peers a year early and went on to law school. Today, Anslee brings that same relentless energy to every client she works with. Her academic background in public health, combined with years of personal and academic research into brain injuries and concussion protocols, gives her a unique edge in cases where the physical and legal complexities intersect. She knows firsthand what it feels like to be on the other side of this process. She has felt what most people do after being injured in an accident: waiting, wondering, and hoping that justice will actually show up. That lived experience shapes the way she fights for the people who trust her with their cases. Originally from Richmond, Kentucky, Anslee has called South Carolina home since 2016. She met her now husband, Alexander, a Greenville native, during her freshman year at USC, and after completing law school, the two made Greenville their permanent home alongside their three dogs: Molly, Palmer, and Lily. Outside the office, Anslee stays active and loves being outdoors. You might find her on the trails at Caesars Head or Table Rock, or cheering loudly for the South Carolina Gamecocks or Duke Blue Devils. She is passionate about giving back to her community, particularly through organizations that invest in health, well-being, and the next generation.

Timothy “Tim” Nicolette became an attorney because his father believed he would be a great one. That kind of faith has a way of shaping a person. Tim has spent his career working to prove his father right, and along the way, he found something that made the work feel personal: personal injury law. His first job out of law school was with a personal injury firm, and it didn’t take long to understand why this area of law matters so much. The people who walk through the door have already been through something hard. Then they run into an insurance company that treats them like a number rather than a neighbor. Tim stays in this fight because he believes those people deserve better, and because he knows how to go up against the giants on their behalf. Tim is the youngest of five siblings, all of whom share the same first initial: Travis, Trey, Tara, Taylor, and Tim. In November 2025, he married his wife Ashley, and he’s quick to say it was the greatest day of his life. He credits her love and support as a foundation for everything he’s been able to accomplish. When Tim isn’t working a case, you might find him at Hall’s Chophouse, which he’ll recommend to anyone who asks for a great meal in Greenville without hesitation.
