Greg Diulus, Attorney

Attorney Gregory P. Diulus' primary duties at Betras, Maruca, Kopp & Harshman, LLC include management of the firm's Pittsburgh area office, including case management from the initial stages, all the way through trial. His wide ranging areas of practice include civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, family law, and criminal law. Greg has represented clients in every County in Western Pennsylvania and in the United States Federal Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Greg is also associated with DeBartolo Sports & Entertainment, Inc (DSE) as a certified NFLPA agent/contract advisor. DSE is owned by former San Francisco 49ers owner Edward J. Debartolo. Greg has represented professional athletes for more than 20-years.

Greg graduated Cum Laude from The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Communication 1985. Greg then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Pittsburgh 1988. While in law school, Greg was an intern in the Office of the District Attorney of Allegheny County (Appeals Division), and interned for Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge Bernard McGinley.
Following his graduation from Pitt, Greg served as law clerk to Washington County Common Pleas Judge Thomas J. Terputac. In 1989, Greg joined the Law Office of Ralph E. Cindrich, where he handled a varied case load that included civil and criminal cases and family law matters. His work with legal clients then evolved into a position with Cindrich and Company, a sports representation and management firm focusing primarily on football, but included the representation of such notables as Olympic Champion Kurt Angle, and Survivor winner, Jenna Morasca. In 2007 Greg joined DeBartolo Sports and Entertainment. He represents more than a dozen NFL players, including 2008 first round draft pick, Gosder Cherilus, of the Detroit Lions.

Greg is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Allegheny County Bar Association.

Greg is a lifelong Pittsburgh area resident. He graduated from Central Catholic High School where he was an all-Section 1^st baseman on the baseball team, and a varsity letter winner as an offensive lineman in football.

Greg is actively involved with the Carnegie Youth Athletic Association, serving as Treasurer. Greg is married to his lovely wife, Pamela, and has two daughters, Abby and Hannah.
