About Gregory

Attorney Pepe graduated with a B.A. from Hamilton College in 1977 and with a J.D. from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law in 1982.  Mr. Pepe was in private practice from 1984 to 1988, and thereafter joined the firm of Updike, Kelly & Spellacy in 1989, becoming a principal in 1991.  He left in 1992 to form Neubert, Pepe & Monteith.  Mr. Pepe has practiced in New Haven since 1990 in the areas of commercial finance, health care law, and general business law.  Mr. Pepe has been an advisor to a number of state medical societies, including the Connecticut State Medical Society, and Connecticut State Dental Association, regarding physician practice management issues within the context of organized medicine and regarding initiation of litigation by medical societies against managed care companies.  Mr. Pepe also represents numerous physician groups and hospitals involved in the same issues.  Mr. Pepe is a founder and the former President of the Board of Directors of Leeway, Inc., a not-for-profit inpatient primary care facility for people living with AIDS, a member of the Dean's Advisory Committee for the Quinnipiac University School of Law and Adjunct Professor of Health Care Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law, and a member of the Inaugural Board of Directors of the International Festival of Arts and Ideas.
