About Gregory

A Northwest native, Greg Marshall studied Economics and Mathematics at the University of Puget Sound, from which he graduated in 1985. Three years later, he graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law), where he participated in the Law Review as an editor and published author. He spent a year clerking for a judge at Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals before embarking on his legal career. He has been practicing law in the Puget Sound Region for over twenty years.

Greg Marshall is an upstanding member of the legal community and practices with the purpose of protecting individuals’ rights and promoting justice for any person who has been physically, emotionally, or financially harmed by the misconduct or negligence of others. He has a strong sense of morals and ethics and believes in promoting accountability and responsibility, against other individuals as well as powerful corporations. His goal is to provide high quality legal services with personal attention to each case, and to resolve claims in a fair and timely manner.

Mr. Marshall’s practice emphasizes personal injury claims involving moderate to serious injuries, covering such incidents as car and motorcycle accidents, defective products, snow and ice accumulations, and dog bites. He also handles a limited number of cases involving family law, probate, and landlord-tenant issues. His work is most rewarding when he recovers damages for clients who have been physically, emotionally, and economically injured by others.
