About Gregory
Greg Walston, one of our founding attorneys, has practiced law for ten years, and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
A Lawyer & Teacher
Mr. Walston has lectured on litigation at Duke University Law School, the University of San Diego Law School, and Hastings College of the Law. He has successfully litigated hundreds of complicated cases, including class actions and other major civil rights actions, at both the trial and appellate levels. He now also teaches litigation to practicing attorneys through continuing legal education courses approved by the State Bar.
He founded Walston Cross, Attorneys in December 2004.
