Mr. Miller has closed as Bond counsel over two-hundred sixty-five (265) bond issues in fifteen (15) states – Alabama, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. Mr. Miller also represents the Development Authority of Bibb County. Mr. Miller specializes in acting as Bond counsel for the financing of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, manufacturing facilities, and low to moderate income housing projects. He has participated in several hospital and exempt facility financings as well.
