Born in McAllen, Texas. Admitted to the Texas bar in 1991. Mr. Talbot has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. He began his practice as a state prosecutor and later represented a Fortune 500 Company as an in-house attorney. In 2005 he joined the law firm of Talbot & Talbot to practice law with his father Morgan Talbot. Mr. Talbot is the son of Morgan and Jane Talbot. He also has two children.

After graduation he attended Texas A&M University in College Station on full scholarship where he majored in Biomedical Science. After college graduation he attended law school at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. He has been back in Texas since 2004 and now practices consumer and business bankruptcy law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
