MR. HAMMER received his undergraduate education at
He spent eight years as a trust officer and manager with two major banks. After leaving the banking industry, Mr. Hammer practiced law with the firm of Foster Pepper & Shefelman (now Foster Pepper, PLLC) before opening his own practice in 1993.
Mr. Hammer has been an instructor in commercial and trust law for the American Institute of Banking. He taught business and corporate law as an instructor in the business and corporate law certificate program in paralegal studies at the
He has been a seminar speaker throughout the state on banking topics including deposit accounts and basic banking law for banking operations personnel. He is the author of articles on banking, estate and business planning.
