Henry L. Doner, Esq., is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is admitted to the Federal Districts of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of law practice consist of plaintiff’s injury representation, workers’ compensation claims. He is the managing partner of the firm, with an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also serves as a Board Member and Officer in various for profit and not for profit businesses in the Southern New Jersey Area. He was a staff writer for the Delaware Law Forum. He is married with two children. He is a South Jersey native, a graduate of Cherry Hill High School West. He is an alumnus of the Sigma Alpha Rho fraternity, Epsilon chapter, and Sigma Omicron Beta Fraternity at FDU Metro Campus. He played NCAA Varsity Lacrosse 1979 and 1980 at FDU.

I started Pappas & Richardson, LLC in 1998 with my good friend, Jay Richardson. We have grown into a very successful law firm and our latest success is the Hercules Law Group (HLG). Mr. Ginsberg has been practicing law with an emphasis on Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice since 1981. He was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1987, recertified in 1994, 2001 and 2006. He has litigated to conclusion in excess of 150 Medical Malpractice actions, obtaining substantial recoveries for claims of misdiagnosing cancer, negligence in the delivering of babies, emergency room negligence, surgical malpractice & implantation of false memories. He has also extensively litigated in the area of product liability having achieved substantial recoveries against such companies as Honda Motor Corp, General Motors, Rice & Holman Ford, K-Mart and Ryder Truck Rental. He has successfully argued before the Appellate Division & Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey resulting in several published decisions in both the New Jersey Superior Court & New Jersey Supreme Court Reporting.

Tom is a skilled and respected trial lawyer and legal expert in serious personal injury, TBI (traumatic brain injury), wrongful death, complex litigation, product liability, professional negligence, and consumer fraud cases. One of the few NJ attorneys recognized and published as an authority on wrongful death law, settlement strategies and damages. Tom has handled thousands of serious injury and death cases and tried hundreds of cases to jury verdicts or binding arbitration awards. Born in Philadelphia, PA., raised in Pennsauken, NJ and a homeowner in Margate, NJ since 1973.
