About Harlan
Harlan B. Gingold, graduated from Syracuse University in 1967. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1970. He is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of New York, before the United States District Court in the Northern District of New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Gingold has practiced law for over forty years and over the years has extensively and almost exclusively practiced in all matters of Family and Matrimonial Law. He has lectured his peers on numerous matters dealing with domestic relations issues and also on ethics and professional responsibility. He has lectured and written for the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association and the Syracuse University College of Law. Attorney Gingold is AV rated, the highest rating, by Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Rating System.*
He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Family Law Section; the New York State Bar Association and its Family Law Section and the Family Law Section's Executive Committee, as well as being a former member of its Committee on Professional Discipline and its Committee on Courthouse Facilities and a former member of the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates.
