He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Iron Arrow and was a member of the Executive Board, University of Miami Law Review, 1974. Mr. Bluestein was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1975. He belongs to the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and served on its Board of Directors from 1992-1996.
