About Harry
Mr. Fleming's practice focuses on emerging growth companies, mergers and
acquisitions, strategic business planning and alliances, investor relations,
corporate finance and securities law.
Mr. Fleming's background includes venture capital representation, business strategy consulting, public company representation, mergers and acquisitions with high tech firms in Houston and Boston. With twenty years of experience at law firms in Houston and Boston, Mr. Fleming has also acted as General Counsel and CFO for several companies with an emphasis on start-up and growth strategies.
Mr. Fleming received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1983. He was awarded a M.B.A. in finance from The Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College in 1999. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
