Andrew M. Stein has been practicing law for over thirty years and has specialized in the area of criminal law and civil rights. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York in 1975. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1978. To date, Andrew M. Stein has successfully tried over 200 cases to verdict! Throughout his career, Andrew M. He also serves a current Board of Director for the Los Angeles Criminal Courts Bar Association and even served as its 55th President in 2008. Among his many accomplishments, Andrew M. Stein was presented with the “Lawyer of the Year” award in 2000 by the Southeast Bar Association.

Mohamed Eldessouky knew at an early age that hardworking people need the best legal protections available. From his earliest awards for outstanding community service by the California State Senate in high school, Mr. Eldessouky continued his passion for supporting the community throughout his college years and remains honored to practice his dedication to the legal profession through today. Today Mr. Eldessouky continues these discussions but now for California employees while meeting with various elected officials to influence legislation. After graduation, Mr. Eldessouky worked for the American Leadership Academy, where he honed his skills by organizing seminars and workshops with Fortune 500 executives. This experience led Mr. Eldessouky to focus his legal desire for protecting employees from his very own firm in Anaheim, California. Protecting his community from adversity in the workplace is a challenge he holds dear. Whether it is hurtful and illegal discrimination practices his clients endure, or wage and hour issues that can only be countered with legal action, Mr. Eldessouky has never backed away from ensuring his clients receive the best legal representation available in the State of California. Mr. Benjumea has extensive experience in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Defense including depositions, trials, appeals, serious and willful misconduct, and discrimination claims L.C. 132a. Mr. Benjumea has prevailed at all AOE/COE trials he has submitted through the years.

Tracy Neal-Lopez is the founding member of the firm; she has wealth of trial and litigation experience, having taken numerous cases to judgment, including jury trials, bench trials and arbitration. She has represented many clients facing a vast array of life changing situations and she prides herself on being willing to take cases all the way to trial. Tracy represents either plaintiffs or defendants in state and federal court. She fights injustice, focusing her litigation skills primarily in employment and labor disputes. Her areas of practice include, wrongful termination, wage and hour, misclassification, whistleblower retaliation, interference with prospective economic advantage, non-compete provisions, defamation, breach of employment contract, discrimination and harassment. She also handles business and corporate litigation matters. Such as matters involving partnership disputes, corporate dissolution, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, and unfair business practices. One of her primary achievements in her legal work was before the California Court of Appeals where she successfully challenged the assumption of risk doctrine in a case entitled Lackner vs. North (2006) 135 Cal. App. 4th 1188. Tracy received her law degree from Loyola Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
