About Hayden

Mr. Ridoré has worked in the legal profession for over three years.  He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for Middle District of Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2004 at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.  He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Political Science from the University Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.

 Mr. Ridoré's experience includes serving as In-house Legal Counsel for a real estate developer and property management corporation. As In-house Legal Counsel, Mr. Ridoré successfully managed commercial real estate transactions. He drafted and negotiated letters of intent, assignments, subleases and amendments to commercial leases.  Mr. Ridoré directed development projects from site acquisition, financing, marketing contracts, pre-selling contracts, sales, and construction to occupancy. He has negotiated commercial gross leases; triple net leases for Starbucks, Payless, GameStop, The Tire's Choice, Carvel Ice Cream and Pearle Vision and a land leases for Chili's Bar and Grill. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Ridoré is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and Community Association Manager, which provides him with additional insight as an advocate for his clients.

 

As an entrepreneur and former In-house Counsel, Mr. Ridoré brings a diverse business perspective to his legal practice which includes the following areas of the law: Business Organization and Internal Management - Formation, operation, sale and dissolution of corporations, partnerships both general and limited, agencies and limited liability companies; Commercial Transactions and Business Planning Contract drafting, contract interpretation, general corporate work, commercial transactions including financing and mechanic liens; Commercial and Residential Consumer Protection Claims, commercial litigation representing plaintiff or the defendant, contract disputes;  Collection/Bankruptcy - All aspects of the federal bankruptcy including personal and business bankruptcies; reorganizations; liquidations, foreclosures; receiverships; the rights, obligations and remedies of trustees; state insolvency laws, attachment, garnishment, replevin and repossession proceedings; Construction Law - All aspects of building contracts, construction lien issues and construction defect issues; Landlord/Tenant Disputes Commercial or Residential - Tenant Eviction, Actions for Unpaid Rent, Lease Negotiation and Drafting, Actions for Breach of Lease and Purchase Agreements;   Personal Injury and Auto Accidents - Auto accidents resulting in debilitating injuries, death or permanent disability; Real Estate Transactions and Litigation - all real property transactions such as real estate conveyances, title searches, property transfers, leases, condominiums and cooperatives, mortgages, property taxes, real estate development, financing. Representation of clients in all aspects of real estate matters, including coordinating real estate closings for purchase and sale of real estate property .

 

Community Service

 

As a Brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Mr. Ridoré mentors middle and high school students on the importance of education, business etiquette and achieving life goals. Mr. Ridoré has represented numerous clients on a pro bono basis.
