Family law attorney Heidi Noll understands the emotional and financial impact of custody and divorce litigation. Ms. Noll brings both competence and compassion to her practice while concentrating in custody, divorce, and support litigation. Attorney Noll is certified in New Ways for Families, which is a short-term method for strengthening conflict skills for parents in separation or divorce, whether married or never-married. It is designed to save the court’s time, to save the parent’s money, and to protect children as their families reorganize.
Ms. Noll values diversity and frequently represents members of various communities including Muslim, LGBTQ, African-American, Hispanic, and non-citizens. As such, she is both familiar and sensitive to the unique issues associated with these groups.
As a prior police officer for the City of Phoenix, Attorney Noll focuses her practice on family law, assisting Public Safety and Military personnel (both active and retired) in custody, divorce and support matters. Attorney Noll has successfully represented police officers (both Pennsylvania and Arizona), federal agents and military personnel in all facets of their family law litigation.
