When the Garces family arrived in New Jersey in 1962, Mr. Garces’ father, a licensed veterinarian physician in Cuba, began working as a custodian cleaning animal cages at a pharmaceutical company because of the language barrier. His father continued to support his family doing this work until years later when the command of the English language permitted him to take the National Board Exams and once again he became a licensed veterinarian physician here in New Jersey. Mr. Garces has not forgotten his roots to this day. He is compassionate about people from all backgrounds and all walks of life. He believes vehemently in the dignity of all mankind. His empathy for the hardships of the newly arrived immigrants is one reason why he opened a law office to working class Latinos, many of whom do not speak English. JUAN L. ICAZA, was born in Cuba in 1965. He and his family came to America in 1971 and resided in New York City. He graduated from Seton Hall University and Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Icaza then joined the Newark firm of Bross, Strickland, Cary & Grossman as an associate and rose to become its managing partner at the age of 29. He and Robert R. Cary formed the firm of Cary & Icaza in 1996 and in 2009 renamed the firm to Icaza & Burgess maintaining a relationship with Robert Cary as office counsel. Mr. Icaza has been practicing law since 1990 specializing in personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, lead and toxic torts, automobile accidents and products liability. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey , Federal District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Icaza is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and The Association of Trial lawyers of America. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Coming from humble beginnings, Mr. LeBrocq knew from an early age that he wanted to be an advocate for those who needed it most. Mr. LeBrocq spent the first several years of his career gaining valuable legal experience and quickly developed a passion for the complex, fast-paced, and aggressive world of personal injury law. William (“Bill”) N. Grabler, Esq. serves as a Partner and Managing Workers’ Compensation Attorney at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq. Drawing on more than 40 years of trial experience in Workers’ Compensation law, Bill has dedicated his practice almost exclusively to representing injured workers. Mr. Grabler is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers’ Compensation Trial Attorney, a prestigious distinction that recognizes his specialized knowledge and skill in this practice area. For three consecutive years, he has been honored as a Super Lawyers ® Top 100 Lawyer in New Jersey, highlighting his professional excellence and standing in the legal community. After completing his undergraduate education at Rutgers University, Mr. Grabler earned his law degree from Western New England College School of Law. Beyond his legal practice, he serves as a member of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety & Health (NJCOSH), contributing his expertise to policies that protect workers statewide. Mr. Grabler remains actively involved in community outreach events and youth athletic programs in Edison Township, demonstrating his commitment to community service and development of young people. Mr. Feeley has litigation experience in the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Office of Administrative Law, the Court of Workers’ Compensation and the Appellate Division. He has also argued before the New Jersey, State Supreme Court in Russo v. Police and Fire Pension System A-20-10. A case that he won a unanimous decision. Mr. Feeley formerly served as a police officer in the City of Orange, until 1984, when he left the Orange Police Department to become a firefighter also in the City of Orange. He remained in the fire department until 2008, when he retired as a Deputy Chief. During his career with the Fire Department Mr. Feeley served as the President of FMBA, Local 10 and Local 210, for a combined total of seventeen years. As Union President Mr. Feeley successfully negotiated numerous contracts and handle multiple disciplinary issues and grievances. This experience has provided him with the unique ability to understand the issues of public employees and the established practices of public employers. Mr. Feeley was also a certified instructor in the Essex County Police Academy, where he taught self defense for approximately ten years.

Mr. LaRocca was born and raised in a working class family. He became a Union County Corrections Officer shortly after graduating high school and remained a Corrections Officer working his way through college. After graduating Kean University, Mr. La Rocca received a Law Degree from the Quinnipiac School of Law, (Formerly Bridgeport Law School). After graduating Law School he began his legal career working for one of New Jersey’s largest personal injury law firms located in Newark, NJ. Shortly thereafter, Mr. La Rocca became a partner in the Law Firm of Fano and La Rocca located in East Orange, NJ. Thereafter, Tony LaRocca became the Senior Partner in the Law Firm of LaRocca, Feeley & Associates, located in Winfield Park, NJ. Throughout his over 30 year legal career, Mr. La Rocca has been handling Workers’ Compensation Claims on behalf of injured employees. He has established himself as one of the most recognized attorneys in New Jersey handling Workers’ Compensation Claims. Coming from a working class background, Mr. La Rocca has established a reputation for fighting to protect the rights of injured workers.
